I blogged a really long time ago about what I was planning to do in my little office nook of our living room/library and then went ahead and didn’t do anything other than hang a mirror on the wall. Then Megan got Corey this really cool corkboard map of the world as a Christmas present to keep track of all of the places we’ve traveled to, and I’ve been trying to think of a good location for it. Last weekend, I had an epiphany that it would be perfect in a gallery wall on the blank wall next to my desk and went up into storage to scrounge around for any available frames and art that I could use. With the addition of this beautiful print from Clare Elsaesser , a calligraphy print that Megan doesn’t know that she will be making for me, and some DIY Harry Potter graphic art I painted today, I think it is almost completed. Of course I say that and then it will probably be another month until I hang everything. Also, in other exciting news, I just realized that Game of Thrones is almost back. Woohoo!
I like it.
Okay so the map looks great. I will calligraphy on it soon. Let me know what quote or whatever you want for the art. Also am extremely jealous of your homemade HP art. In the famous words of Ben Steel, that just went from a want to a need.
Love it all!!
Wait, I thought you were doing a True Detective recap…..
Love the cork board!!!! So cool.
Beautiful work and I look forward to seeing all your pretty things!!!
I think you all are three of the sweetest people in the world!!!!!
Corey has to be the best husband in the world!!!!
Keep up the good work and I sent my Blessings.
