It’s the Great Pumpkin Roundup, Charlie Brown

Thursday, October 18, 2012

By now, everyone knows that we take Halloween very seriously around these parts.  I always have lots of ideas for how I want to decorate my house but it seems like every year, by the time I get around to fluffing my pumpkins up for the big night, I have run out of idea steam.  I generally come up with something, but I must admit that there are always much cooler pumpkins around the block than mine.  And then I feel ashamed.  I can get a little competitive with Halloween.  So I am sharing some of my favorite pumpkins from around the web to help me gain a little inspiration.

The pumpkins in the bookcase with the tree drawn on it and the framed pumpkin are really cool

I am loving the “tree” pumkins – if I get a chance I would love to do that on our door step. Such cute ideas!! xoxo

I love how pumpkins have turned into the Easter egg of Halloween 😉 Such a great round up! I am crushing on that grouping with all of the cicular cut outs!!! SO cool!!! XO Brynn

Man, these are some tough choices. I like the tree pumpkins on the front step. I also like the pretty painted ones that say “trick or treat” on the different pumps. And the gold/bedazzled one.

  • Lindsey @ be pretty

Oh man, I LOVE that first picture of the painted white pumps that say
“w-i-c-k-e-d” <—- how freaking adorable! Ohhhh and I'm also loving the patterned pumpkins with the circles – looks like a textile. Megs, I'll never believe that you run out of creative steam by the time it comes to carving pumps… you crazzzzzy girl! xo
