Cape Cod Cupcakes

When we first started planning Lindsay’s shower (which you will see quite a bit more of tomorrow), we decided immediately that we would ask Nicola to whip up some cupcakes for the event. You see, every cupcake I have ever seen her make has blown me away. Like flabbergasted. She certainly didn’t disappoint this time, making the perfect Cape Cod themed cupcakes. We asked for lobsters because of Benji’s affinity for them, as well as anchors and waves. The little heart ropes and (eek!) the lobster bow were all her. Are they not the cutest little things you’ve ever seen?

LOBSTER cupcakes, OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lobsters are probably the cutest, most adorable crustaceans on this planet……..OMG!!!!!!!

I definitely did not realize until I saw these pictures that the lobster had a smile (actually looks like a smirk, which is more appropriate for ben) I would also like to say that I am jealous of Lindsay’s breakfast!!
